The Rock Health Foundation, a California 501(c)(3) not for profit corporation (“we” or “us”) owns and operates this website (“Website”) and virtual event page (Whova) for use by Digital Health CEO Summit (“Summit”) attendees. The Rock Health Foundation publishes the Summit on this Website whose availability to you is conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Use and the policies and notices stated herein. Only the Rock Health Foundation may modify these Terms of Use. Any modifications we make from time to time will take effect when they are posted to the Website and you agree to be bound by the modified terms. Your ongoing use of our Website constitutes agreement to these Terms of Use and the policies referred to herein, and you are responsible for checking the Website regularly for modifications to the Terms of Use.
1. SUMMIT REGISTRATION
When you successfully purchase your ticket you are registered for the Summit. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the Summit at any time at our sole discretion. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
2. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF OF THESE TERMS OF USE
You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in these Terms of Use which Terms of Use constitute the entire and only agreement between you and us and which supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to our Website (which includes these Terms of Use). 3. YOUR RIGHT TO USE THE SUMMIT WEBSITE AND VIRTUAL EVENT PAGE
We own the information contained on the Website and virtual event page (Whova). Your right to use our Website and virtual event platform instance is not transferable. 8. INFORMATION SHARED BY YOU ON OUR WEBSITE OR VIRTUAL EVENT PLATFORM
Summit attendees are able to access the virtual event platform (Whova) instance. The information you provide on the virtual event platform instance will not be treated by us as confidential, and we will not be liable for use of information you provide in said platform by other users. You hereby grant us with a irrevocable, unlimited, perpetual, exclusive, unrestricted, royalty-free license to us to use, print, publish, sell, copy, distribute, make derivative works of, and license others to use information you provide to us in virtual event platform or on the Website. You acknowledge that you are responsible for the reliability, legality, and liability associated with any information you share on virtual event platform or our Website.
9. PRIVACY POLICY
The Rock Health Foundation uses information that it receives or collects through our Website in order to provide services. Unless otherwise stated, we use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may share your contact information with event sponsors (“Sponsors”). If you do not wish to share your contact information with Sponsors, please email us at events@rockhealth.org. This section survives termination of your agreement to these Terms of Use.
